We would like to welcome you to our Official Corporate Internet Site and we are glad that you have taken the time to visit with us. Thank you for your curiosity and your interest. We are very excited to announce publicly that we are working on what will become the next major paradigm change in American communications. Mail volume moved by the Postal Service continues to decline while the number of delivery points increases every year and that has resulted in calls for reform and even privatization. The issue is that neither will work, and in our opinion privatization will cause more problems down the road.

This is where USAEPOST.COM comes in. What happens in the future is difficult to predict but regardless of what happens, we hope to be in a position to be in place should the Post Office face a critical crossroad. Our goal is to keep the American economic system operational but that will not happen overnight. The USPS experimented with email in the mid to late 1970’s and decided to drop the service because it was not consistent with their business model. This is where we come in. EPOST is not another email service or an electronic postage provider but a full service mail transmission service which will feature a universal component to get correspondence from you to anyone – resident, business, etc. who is registered in the United States.

We will be moving the way every American communicates into the future because we have figured out how to provide that service. We hope not to be a cause of the Postal Service going out of business but if that happens, it will not be us that will be responsible but technology itself. The issue we face is that if we stand still, someone else may also figure out the niche and possibly become very aggressive in pushing their services through.

While we are going through the steps necessary to bring the company and its services to market, we have established a way for you to help out and become a part of history and we encourage you to help us along with this goal. We have been funding this endeavour as things are moving forward, however we are looking for ways to move things along a bit faster. We have started two Crowd Funding opportunities and ask that you consider supporting us. Become a part of history by helping us to change it.

The KickStarter campaign is specific to our software development and all proceeds will be targeted to that aspect of the company. The targeted proceeds are a requirement of KickStarter and as a respectable business entity, we will honor the terms presented by the service. This campaign may be INACTIVE at this time because it has a ticking clock element and we are not yet at the stage where we can start the clock. This is why we are currently asking that potential supporters consider the GoFundMempaign.

The GoFundMe campaign is more of a general purpose fund where proceeds will be used as necessary or where ever the need is greatest. In other words is it not a fund dedicated to a specific target but will help with initial things like site hosting and other service related expenses until we can support them independently.

A note about BOTH Crowd Funding campaigns. All of the contributions to both campaigns will solely be used to move the project forward. No "everyday" company expenses will be covered by funds used and that is our pledge to you. Employees that we have at this point are not on salary, therefore crowd funding resources will not be used for paychecks or non-business related expenditures.

The GoFundMe platform is currently active because GoFundMe is less restrictive on the individuals trying to raise funds for various purposes. There are no goals to achieve and no time limits imposed and is not an "all or nothing" campaign. The goal to be acheived is a combined $50,000 between both campaigns. Once that figure is confirmed as reached, both campaigns will be concluded.

The KickStarter platform is still undergoing work because of the restrictions that KickStarter has on campaigns. These include time limits, 'all or nothing' goals which means that we have to reach a specific goal in a short time, and campaigns are limited on what the funding can be used for. With that being the case, the KickStarter campaign will be targeted specifically to the software development element which exceeds our current expertise levels.

While we are unsure of the GoFundMe rules on this issue, KickStarter does not allow crowdfunding activities which include "starting a business" which is why Crowdfunding became necessary. The company and most of the assets we intend to use are in place and we are polishing up our business plans. Mario Romualdo used his personal money for these things and he does not intend on using any of the raised crowdfunding funds to cover those expenditures.
